蝦肉老少平安 / Steamed Tofu with prawns & egg


細個時候經常都會吃老少平安, 一直都很想自己做, 但呢喥那有鯪魚肉買呢, 所以我用蝦代魚肉, 食譜是跟江獻珠«蒸煮»裏面嘅家常太史豆腐學的, 好清, 好鮮, 好好味!!
