Salmon, potatoes, peppers & onions bake
Mr Chen works very near to where we live. Just 5 mins drive, or 15 mins walk.
Couple days ago, he submitted an ad hoc request of coming home for lunch.
Without any preparation, I dig out 2 salmon fillets from freezer, and using 1 onions, 1 peppers and 3 potatoes, I prepared this dish. What a healthy lunch!!! :-)

Grilled salmon fish head / 鹽燒三文魚頭
A very easy dish to make!!
u don't need to put in any oil, and it tastes just like u have pan fried the fish.
ask the fish monger to cut the fish head in pieces
marinate them with salt for half an hour.
put them in a baking tray, season with some rock salts and black peppers.
bake them for 20 mins
ready!!
