自家種韭菜->韭菜豬肉包子

係我最愛嘅韭菜呀~~~~~~

這些是今個夏天第一次收成, 我想可能仲可以收多一次, 今年就係咁啦!!
呢到收咗幾條, 只夠做兩個韭菜豬肉包子, 好過冇啦!!

呢邊買韭菜好貴呢!! 一包£3 or £4, 香港可能賣$3 or $4, 所以包餃子嘅話我好多時都買鬼佬嘅leeks, 都好好味的！

這是陳生提議做的北方麵食, 我上youtube學的, 都算做到個型，留意入面有三層牛肉，真係見到都飽, 好彩呢邊嘅mince超瘦, 不過食兩件都夠肥幾磅啦!!!

i found that i have used the wrong yeast previously, the dried active yeast which needed to dissolve in water, is wrong.

the correct one should be "Easy Bake Yeast" which is for making bread, and that mix with the flour directly, is the correct one.  Different names used in different places, i m glad i have found the right yeast :-)
