This is not deep fried, so less oil is used. My way of doing it is...
- bash some sichuan peppercon and rock salts in a mortar and pestle.
- Mix the seasonings with some flour, and dust it all over the tofu.
- Use a non stick pan, put in ~2tbsp of oil, in a high - med heat, fry each side of the tofu for 2 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy~~~
