椒鹽焗雞髀 / Baked Chicken legs with salt and peppercorn

之前我做的椒鹽雞翼係用胡椒粉加鹽溝埋一齊, 因為如果在這裡的唐人超市買椒鹽會係一大桶, 食幾年, 所以我自己整. 近來在internet上見到呢個recipe, 所以就試下啦, 今次係焗雞脾, 唔會落油, 我個隻更去皮, 健康啲.
