麻辣水煮鱼 (monk fish)

之前係billingsgate fish market買了一大條monk fish,超抵, 只係£9, 如果係waitrose, 我估只買到半條。 呢啲淡淡肉嘅魚, 蒸佢會好奇怪, 炸??!! 我間屋係唔炸嘢架! 上次煮tomyum monkfish已經好崎呢, 响我冇乜準備下, 今次我用盡我雪櫃裏已有嘅菜, 做咗一個少油版嘅水煮魚!

我用嘅才料有
粉絲
豆腐puff
Roman lettuce
Garden peas
Parsley

Ok 係有啲怪, 尤其係最後嗰三樣, 其實我都想有多啲誠意, 但呢邊超市星期日六點就關門, 所以買唔到嘢煮呢餐即興飯, 仲有我用咗12隻chillies, 好多花椒,蒜頭, 姜, 沖頭, 豆板醬, 紹興酒, 及最重要嘅油, 煮好後個樣都算OK啦, 上面係冇一層油, 要食油出街食啦!!
