Rib eye steak from the Castle Farm

Here is a rib eye steak we bought from the Hop Shop, Castle Farm.

It is a lovely place with very nice lavender field.  We bought some rib eye and sirloin steaks and apple juice.  Here is the first rib eye.  As u can see it has a big bit of fat in the middle, Mr Chen is very happy with it!!
