Lemony turkey kebab and red pepper Hummus

This is another "course work" done during the Summer Entertaining cooking course.
Here we have hummus, made by chickpeas, red peppers, seasoned with lemon juice, salts and oliver oil.  And then we have lemony turkey kebabs, with parsley, coriander,  lemon zest and lemon juice, cumin, cayenne pepper added.   All severed with pita bread and cucumbers!!!  Yum!!
