Fried Udon with king prawns and cabbage

Ok I m making fried Udon again.  Just want to share the udon I m using here.  I bought this from SeeWo Chinese supermarket, in the dried noodles section.  But they are not dried noodles, just it is not necessary to keep them in the fridge.  This is not a Japanese brand but it is a brand which is quite famous in HK.   I have tried these kind of udon pack bought from supermarket here e.g. the blue dragon or the sharwoods brand but they are NOT real udon.   And there are some other brands which faking like Japanese ones, I feel hesitation to try them because they are so unknown!!!  So I recommend this :-)
