火煱 (monk fish + 蝦滑) / hotpot (monk fish + prawns mash)
這次火煱嘅主角係monk fish及蝦滑
係我弟一次做蝦滑
問了啊媽點做
但最後都係忘記放蛋白
唔爽, 但味道ok,
monk fish 打邊爐好好味, 超多肉, 肥美滑嫩, 這是陳生說的 :)
