My first homemade blueberry muffins

I won't say they are disaster coz they are eatable.
but they are too sweet, too soggy.
and they don't look like blueberry muffins unless u turn them upside down :-S

Veg Lasagna with spinach, mushrooms and onions

This dish was not a success because
1. the bechamel sauce not thick enough so it mixed into the tomato sauce during baking -> finally u can see there is only one light reddish sauce
2. too much veg, portion too big for two of us.
3. i forgot to reserve some sauces to cover the final lasagna sheet so the top was burnt.

Nevertheless, it was only my 2nd time making lasagna, I will do better next time :-)
