番茄牛肉蛋 / Fried Egg with tomatoes and beef
每人煮番茄牛肉蛋都唔用
我鐘意唔醃牛肉, 炒牛肉時放啲老抽, 生抽, 然後放蛋一齊炒到半熟, 備用
煮番茄時唔落水, 唔落starch, 煮到好似番茄paste咁, 記住落多啲糖, 少少監
最後把炒到半牛熟嘅牛肉蛋放落啲番茄paste到, 炒兩炒, 食得
