Giant size lobster, see the claws!!!
This is the leftover from the Lobster we bought many weeks ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They have been sitting in the freezer for quite a long time so I decided to make this lobster bisque. I actually made focaccia bread too but my oven suddenly broken so... sadly the bread ended up in disaster and I had to throw it away :-S
Anyway, back to this lobster bisque, it tasted not very good. I feel like we were eating chicken!!! Things sometimes taste better when they are rare and small. Next year, better to buy a smaller lobster!!
