番茄牛肉蛋 / Fried Egg with tomatoes and beef
每人煮番茄牛肉蛋都唔用
我鐘意唔醃牛肉, 炒牛肉時放啲老抽, 生抽, 然後放蛋一齊炒到半熟, 備用
煮番茄時唔落水, 唔落starch, 煮到好似番茄paste咁, 記住落多啲糖, 少少監
最後把炒到半牛熟嘅牛肉蛋放落啲番茄paste到, 炒兩炒, 食得

磨菇塞燒雞 / Roasted Chicken with stuffed mushrooms
因為想食燒雞+磨菇+薯仔, 所以我將啲磨菇塞入隻雞喥, 好好味呀!
raw的時候...
準備入焗爐的時候...
我放咗鹽及Cajun Spices, 塞磨菇入隻雞喥, 啲薯仔生焗, 最後淋啲olive oil, 200 degree, 一個半小時, 中間反下隻雞兩次
完成的時候...
啲磨菇係中間吸咗啲雞味, 啲薯仔係旁邊吸咗啲雞油, 唔好味都難啦!
