Grilled Lamb cutlets

Was in Waitrose yesterday thinking to buy lamb chops for dinner.
And I notice there are lamb chops, lamb cutlets and lamb shoulder loin.
Lamb shoulder is from a different section of the lamb so they are just a piece of meat, no bones.
But for lamb cutlets and lamb chops, they look similar.  Except lamb cutlets got a nice piece of fat along the side of the meat but lamb chops are mostly very lean.

So, in order to please Mr Chen, certainly lamb cutlets are selected.  They taste really good.  Waitrose's meat is the best!!!
