白菜 / Chinese leaves

New york cheese cake, cracked.

see the big crack on my cheese cake!!!
even the sour cream can't be used to covered it
i used the cheese cake recipe on BBC good food.
it tastes ok, very creamy, too creamy that i wonder if it has been cooked thoroughly
i need to find another recipe, i like solid cheese cake more.
